Eggs

This body of work has its origins in a series of conversations about remembering. I remember pictures. I remember images like slides on a carousel, one and then another – maybe related, maybe not. These images become stitched together in my mind, a patchwork of memories and thoughts. Each egg is an attempt to document one of these interconnected thoughts. They are to be considered not only as individual moments and ideas, but also as parts of a larger whole. They function as a self portrait; they are a story and an exploration.
